So much can happen when moving home that may mean you need to transfer your file to another house to buy or you may find a new buyer for your home.

Whats a lifetime file transfer?

This means we will not charge you another file opening fee (which is the fee you pay upfront for setting up the legal file) if your transaction becomes abortive for any reason, you will not incur this cost again when you sell this property in the future or buy another home.
